Renowned rapper-producers The Alchemist and Oh No have spent the past few years making quality music under the collective name of Gangrene, a collaboration that was a huge driving force behind that Grand Theft Auto V soundtrack in 2013. The duo aren't done with GTA though, and are preparing to release a mixtape, The Alchemist and Oh No Present: Welcome To Los Santos, inspired by the iconic video game. They have decided to turn it up a notch for first single "Play It Cool", recruiting big names Earl Sweatshirt and Samuel T Herring (of Future Islands). Equally rough and smooth, the infectious production and Herring's buttery hook break up the slick raps beautifully, giving us enough reason to believe that this mixtape is going to be a big deal.

The Alchemist and Oh No Present: Welcome To Los Santos will be released through a collaboration between Mass Appeal Records and Rockstar Games. The mixtape features collaborations with the likes of Killer Mike, Little Dragon, Freddie Gibbs, and Tunde Adebimpe (of TV on the Radio fame). New music from the mixtape will debut exclusively inside the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V on April 14th with a full standalone album to follow on April 21.
